Small Group Personal Training - with a maximum of 4 clients to 1 Trainer
We are pioneers of the small group personal training philosophy which ensures a fitness programme suited to the individual with the added motivation you get from working out with like-minded people. All small group sessions are led by a fully qualified personal trainer and we organise the groups so you are exercising with others who have the same fitness goals as you.

The camaraderie created in a small group not only helps you push yourself a little more than you would otherwise, but it also has the social aspect - you might make some really good friends!

Aims of each session
Our small group personal training sessions are designed to help you get fit, feel better and look great - all based around 4 aims: -

1. Ensure you train in a safe way.
That means avoiding strains and injuries through correct execution of exercises and not overdoing it. Also, a proper warm up and cool down.

2. Ensure you push
yourself.
That means making you work hard
right through the session to get results.

3. Ensure you are working on what you want to improve.
There is no one size fits all programme. We take time to understand your goals and work on helping you achieve them.

4. Ensure you enjoy the sessions.
By varying the sessions and introducing new exercises, we keep you motivated and show you how to get the most out of each exercise.

Before each session we will have discussed and reviewed your aims, any injuries you have picked up, the last session and if your programme is progressing as you hoped.
This catch up discussion won't eat in to your training time although if necessary, your personal trainer will talk to you during the warm up to go through any issues that are outstanding.
Our small group personal training sessions are designed to make personal training more fun, affordable but yet still highly effective.

Why Choose Small Group Personal Training?

The main reason is the balance between cost and results. If you want to try and get fit then simply putting on a pair of good trainers and doing a brisk walk for 30 – 45 minutes each day will certainly improve your fitness, if you then include a few gradients as well that will be even better. Its also free. But this may not get the full workout and results you are looking for.

At the other end of the price range is talking a gym membership, going to the gym 4 times a week with 2 of these sessions with a personal trainer. This will certainly show you great results but at around £100 per week how long will you do this for before re-mortgaging you home!

Then there are boot camps and exercise classes. Which are lower cost but also usually at fixed times and don’t necessarily focus the exercises on achieving the results you are looking for.

So combine the benefits of having focussed training from a Personal trainer and the reduced cost of sharing this trainer with 3 other similar clients and you have an option that is affordable (say £20 - £25 per week) and will give you results. The cost means you can ensure this is a long term change and the small group means you will have a varied programme that maintains your interest and motivation.

If you have just spent 8 hours in an office with an 1 commuting then some fresh air has to be better than some gym air!The main appeal though, is being able to enjoy fitness training outdoors - and you have to remember that South West London has some of the best parks and Commons of any city in the world – so why not use them!

Getting fit, with people like you, who prefer to train outdoors rather than being in a gym (an often intimidating and boring environment) is a really fun way to achieve the fitness levels you set - and achieve - with the help and encouragement of both your personal trainer and the other group members.
