How do I get started?
Simple - contact us and our head personal trainer will call you back at a time of your choosing. She will
discuss with you your aims, timescales, current fitness level, if appropriate what sort of people you would like to train
with and any health issues (current injuries / illness etc) you may have. We will then work with you to refine a
fitness programme that meets your expectations.

One-to-one personal training
One-to-one personal training is, usually, one-hour sessions where a personal trainer
works directly with you.

Our focus on both small group personal training and
one-to-one personal training means that we can ensure you get just what you need in order to achieve your health and fitness
goals. Depending on what best suits your needs, we can devise a programme for you that includes a small group to
train with, individual sessions, or a combination of the two. We will also regularly review your goals and achievements and
make any necessary adjustments so that you stay on track and keep motivated.

If we could all afford our own personal trainer
twice a week, plus gym membership, then we would all be fantastically fit. Unfortunately, the costs of this are outside most
