HI, I'M LIAM.

As a Level 2 & 3-qualified personal trainer and former professional footballer, my career in the professional sports industry spans over 17 years. 


InTouch Fitness was born out of my desire to put my extensive experience with specialist fitness regimes and routines into practice. Based in Clapham and serving all of Southwest London, I want to help you reach your full potential, achieve your desired physique, and improve your overall wellness.
