Before becoming a personal trainer and coach, I was fortunate enough to have had a career as a professional athlete playing in all four divisions of the Premier League. With my 17 years of experience as a professional athlete, I bring a wealth of insider knowledge on form, performance, and overcoming hurdles to every single session.

x1 - £85 per 1-hour session


x6 - £80 per 1-hour session


x12 - £75 per 1-hour session

Pair up and conquer your goals together wether with a friend or partner, training alongside someone makes the journey more enjoyable and rewarding.

Total Price For 3-4 People

x1 - £110 per 50-minute session


x6 - £105 per 50-minute session


x12 - £100 per 50-minute session


For groups of 5-10 people, get in touch with me to discuss pricing. Tailored packages are also available.


*Home training sessions are an additional £15 per session, while private studio sessions are available for an extra £17.
