How It Works.

The Consultation Process.

First off, we conduct a personal lifestyle assessment to understand your fitness capacity and strength levels, you’re eating and sleeping habits, your work/life balance and your individual goals and potential obstacles you may be facing.

Personalised Program Development Approach.

A Tailored program will be constructed based on the information collected from the consultation. The aim from here will be to create a program that will challenge but also change your energy levels, physical capacity and confidence all for the better.

 

Every process we get you to follow will be with sustainability and longevity in mind. Monthly tweaking & fine-tuning of the program will happen to keep consistent with the improvements being made.

Continual Improvement.

Every session will follow a guided workout programme whether that be via my training app or by video call and changes can be made accordingly  to your weekly needs and every month we will reassess the programme, track your progress and make adjustments where needed to ensure you are continually improving.

FAQ Section

  • How do remote video personal training sessions work?
    Clients are provided a zoom link which enables the remote session to take place. Which is great as it allows me to provide my service to clients anywhere in the world.
  • Can I communicate with my personal trainer outside of scheduled sessions?
    Yes, For clients using the designated training app there will be an area for communication if there are any questions to ask in between check in times. For clients who have purchased the in person or virtual face to face training packages access will be granted via Whatsapp communication.
  • How are progress and results tracked in online training programs?
    Measurement data is required to be taken by the client and uploaded into the specified system by the coach. From here the data will be analysed and accordances will be made regarding the workout plan and nutrition.
  • Are the training programs suitable for all ability levels?
    Yes, all gym programs and online programs are customised to fit the individuals level of fitness, all goals set will be made achievable by following the process correctly utilising the Intouch formula.
  • Is there a specific schedule for the remote video personal training sessions, or are they flexible?
    No, Times for online training are flexible and are based around both client and trainers schedule.
  • Once I finish my body transformation program what happens next?
    After the transformation program is successfully complete, I offer participants the opportunity to go onto my monthly program where you have access to continued coaching and guidance through my training app. This will enable further progressions to be made.
  • How long are the virtual online one to one training sessions vs in gym sessions?
    The coaching sessions via video calls typically range from 30 - 45 minute sessions and the gym program sessions will range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes workouts.
  • Do I pay per session or for monthly packages/programs.
    Monthly program and blocked session packages will be paid at the start of the program and monthly thereafter depending on the package. You have the option to purchase virtual training sessions individually or if you want more value for money paying for packages will be the best option.
