High Intensity
Interval Training (HIIT)
Maximal effort for the designated period of time through fast paced, intense bursts of exercise followed by shorter recovery periods.
I like this type of workout as it gets your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Resistance Band Training
Build muscle while strengthening ligaments and tendons.
With the right guidance, these bands can be just as effective in toning and strengthening muscle as gym weights.
Boxing Pad Work
